Homestead Kit includes the pattern by Windham Fabrics, Julie Hendricksen and designed by Wendy Sheppard. This pattern is a free pattern on Windham's website and the fabric in the original is Walnut Creek. The kit we have features reproduction fabric and is quite different the the original. Pattern is included in the kit. The size is 60" x 72" and each house is packaged in individual bags to help with the construction. Includes fabric and binding...backing is extra.
